E. ILYENKOV’S PROBLEM OF IDEAL AND A NEW IMAGE OF CONSCIOUSNESS
|
Schastlivtsev Roman A. |
Abstract.
The article presents a new interpretation of E. V. Ilyenkov’s concept of ideal. It is shown that Ilyenkov’s understanding of the ideal allows its interpretation in the spirit of modern medial concepts. In this regard, the ideal can be understood as culture in general. The evolutionary approach to this problem allows us to find the rudiments of the ideal in nature. A broad view on the problem of the ideal through the prism of mediality makes it possible to use the dialectic of the direct-indirect. The latter helps to present the ideal as a system of mediations of the material primarily in the human culture. Thus, the ideal appears as formulated, acquired a material form of activity, history and culture indefinite internal mental process, the beginning of which lies also in the activity, history, culture. Action, image, text can be regarded as an external form, inseparable from the internal ideal form.

The residents of cyberspace were divided into an experimental group and a control one as they stay daily and systematically in the virtual space. The experimental group consisted of cyber-active residents with the experience of more than 7 years, and the control group – less cyber-active residents with the experience from 3 to 8 years. Animal figures representing various movements of people were used as the experimental material. The stimulus material allows the subjects to determine the amount of the amount of correctly and erroneously perceived actions, and the amount of the quantity of correctly and erroneously perceived phenomena. Significant differences were obtained between cyber-active and less cyberactive residents of the virtual space in terms of the number of erroneously perceived actions.
